Wall removal Project
This wall removal project in a residential house transformed a wooden wall into an open wood-framed opening. The new layout allows more natural light to flow through the space, greatly improving the sense of openness and creating a warm, cozy living environment.
Our design-build team can also work on more complex wall replacement projects, including substituting a reinforced concrete structural wall with a steel frame in a condominium in the Greater Toronto Area.
walkout Basement renovation
Basement renovation for a detached house in Markham, Ontario, configured as a "Value‑Added Secondary Suite" to support future rental income. The project included new structural framing, customized kitchen and bathroom layouts and a walkout entrance to become a self‑contained multi‑unit rental space.
Above-Garage Extension
This project assessed and utilized the existing garage foundation to support a new second storey suite above.
The new living space is fully compliant with structural, HVAC, and electrical codes, and is designed with a bathroom and kitchen for independent use.
